Great to have you here.
Sorry but we cannot see your images.
I will attempt to fix them, but you should think about reposting from a different source.

Hi!

Thanks for having me here!

I found Dave's Card Creations while I was googling for Blade Runner Card Models. Such a big find! Your models are awesome!

I am a beginner in card modeling. A long, long time ago I built an Goa'uld Glider. After that, I started a ship that I never finished. Some weeks ago I found a sailboat I printed around fifteen years ago and decided to build it. Here it is:

I forgot the fun about it. Let's check card models on the web. The next builds were:

A Czech cottage:

A truck:

A Castle in Ruins:

All of them from ABC Models.

At this point I found Dave's Models and here is the first one:

I know I have a lot of things to learn. I still have problems with round shapes. But I already try my "addons", like this simple stand I made for this one.

By the way: sorry for my bad english. It's not my native language.

All the best to you, guys!

haha that Sandcrawler model turned out to be a nightmare to design!
lol I thought that boxy angular shape would be a no-brainer...but it was a lot more complicated shape than I imagined!
I ended up flattening out many of the surfaces and angles and it still took me way to long to figure out!
I think I did about four test builds as well!

Hey Dave, indeed a very cool model, once more! Love your Turnpike Hauler. But of course I also love your Jawa sandcrawler, which really is predestined for becoming a paper model. I think I will print that one in a larger size!  :)

Thanks You and Dave were the inspirations for me starting to design my own cars. I have Many of your cars converted for the Micro Scalextric track and have now started working on Dave's

Wow, what a warm welcome! I am touched

For your information, I am wearing new glasses now... and back to creating models
My latest thread in the forumenpapier is here... from 2015 to 2020
(with a long blank between 2016 and beginning of 2020, moving houses a few times)

Enjoy!

And can I suggest to open a thread... What is your wish car?
So Dave and I can have a go at it!

By the way, the white F1 above is not my design, I can do it easily, but it is not mine, hehehe!

You are welcome to start threads and show off your work.
You are welcome to ask for ideas and suggestions.

I don't do requests.
My Koolwheelz models are vehicles that have meaning and importance to me.

By the way, the white F1 above is not my design, I can do it easily, but it is not mine, hehehe!

oh.
you gave me the impression (from our discussion at facebook) that was your design.
now I feel like a fool.
