Hello from Southern CA - Beginner
« on: April 16, 2020, 12:28:57 AM »
Hi all. Reading a lot here.

I made a Mercury Redstone as my first small forey into paper modeling. I am an accomplished Model Rocketeer (NAR Level 2).

I did 'ok' on the MR considering.
And anyone recommend a few more models (Space/Satellite or Aircraft) a beginner should tackle?
Free for now. Tho I see a few models I'd be happy to pay for. And if suitable I'd pay little bit period

Thanks and I look forward to reading a lot here! Especially Tips and how you figure out models with no instructions.
Jeff

Welcome.

The Realistic Space series from Canon would probably be a good start, https://creativepark.canon/en/categories/CAT-ST01-5591/index.html

You need to register and get a Canon ID, but that's not a big deal.

Experience building paper models is the best way to figure out paper 'puzzles', the ones with no instructions.

Have fun

I'd say try John Leslie's site:
http://papermodelingman.com/
Just about every space model you can think of, for free.

Just click on Models for Download, and pick your category.
