My host is upgrading servers and will be migrating all my websites this coming weekend.
April 20-21
From the message I received, the downtime may occur from 10am Saturday to 11am Sunday.
So basically 24 hours.
This will affect all my websites:

Dave's Card Creations (davesdesigns.ca/dcc)
papermodelshop.com
madsgrandad funandgames (davesdesigns.ca/funandgames)
and more
Hopefully everything goes smoothly and we won't notice any change.
I, on the other hand, will need to learn how to use a new control panel for my hosting. oh goody
Oh, and the price is going up. Not looking forward to that expense.

lol now I hear that the downtime will only be 5 minutes.
I guess the time frame is for all work (migrating data) on their servers.

I got an email last night telling me the migrations were completed.
I checked all my sites, and all appeared good, until...
I got here.
No here.
The forum did not load. Error...Error
Anyway, I sent them an email right away.
And this morning I got a message saying they had to repair some scripts and now the forum is back.
Yay
I guess I should do a backup.
shhh my last backup was a year ago.
