Often people receive "false-positive" alerts from their anti-malware/anti-virus.
Some websites just don't agree with all the rules and restrictions and end up getting flagged as malicious or dangerous in some way.
And, they're not.
In that case, you may need to add the site to "exclusions within whatever software you are using.

....................
If anyone experiences any sort of malware or virus alert pertaining to this forum, please report them to me.
Don't run away...I promise you the site, host and file have been checked (more than once) for any sort of malware.

In the past, I've had some issues related to my Hosting, and reported them.
They look into them right away and have confirmed nothing on my end, or from my sites.

But this past week, I personally am getting a malware alert (from Avast antivirus) every time i try to load the forum.
Its related to the banner image at the top of the site.
For some unknown reason, all of a sudden, Avast says the image is infected with something (its not) and blocks it from loading.

I've reported this to the site where the image is hosted...they haven't found a reason yet,
but are looking into it, because Avast is blocking something from their site!

So, if you are experiencing the same issue, or any issue, please post here, or contact me privately and let me know.  Thanks.

Recently the issue was raised again, on whether this site is safe and secure.
It is.

But your anti-malware is telling you otherwise?

Fear not, its only a case of "better safe than sorry".
Some anti-malware/anti-virus programs are flagging the site as having "security issues" and other issues.
Often, the presence of external links or downloads within a website can raise flags.

To be certain I had my Host run checks on this particular site.
Across four different inspections, there was no reason to be worried.
(see the attached email below from my Host)

I also checked the site online at one of the many free website checkers:
https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/
Check it for yourself!

And, as you can see from the web address, we have the required secure certificate in place (https://)
